Who I Am

I’m Suzy, creative, smiling, and free-spirited. I’ve always been someone who pays attention to details and values harmony in my surroundings. I can’t work in chaos; everything I create grows out of balance and intention. At the same time, I love the joy of spontaneity: sometimes a design comes to me in a quiet, focused moment, other times it arrives suddenly, like a spark.

My style reflects these contrasts, I enjoy both colorful, playful pieces and calm, minimal designs. Above all, I want people to feel a sense of lightness and freedom when they encounter my work, carrying that positive energy into their everyday lives.

How Suzy Decor Began

The idea of Suzy Decor was born on the Camino de Santiago. Walking the French Way in 2023 changed me deeply: step by step, I discovered strength I didn’t know I had. The Camino taught me to focus on the present day, to trust the journey, and to believe that at the end, the reward will come.

When I arrived in Fisterra (Finisterre) – the “end of the world” – I felt I had found the place where my soul truly belongs. The energy of the ocean, the beauty of nature, and the constant flow of pilgrims created the perfect backdrop for my creative journey. Here, surrounded by people from all over the world, I realized I wanted to give something back: handmade pieces that carry the spirit of freedom, uniqueness, and care.

Even my name, Suzy, came from the Camino. Friends I met on the trail started calling me that, and it stayed with me as a symbol of connection and new beginnings.

The Materials and the Making

I experimented for two years with different materials until I found what felt right. For my concrete homeware, I developed my own mix: water-based, solvent-free, strong and timeless. Each tray or candle holder is poured, sanded, and sealed by hand, so it becomes both durable and elegant, made to bring quiet beauty into everyday rituals.

My clay jewelry came to me almost by surprise, but it quickly became a passion. Every pair of clay earrings and each pendant necklace is shaped and finished by hand, with nickel-free, hypoallergenic fittings. They’re lightweight, comfortable, and unique, no two pieces are ever exactly the same, which makes them all the more special.

For me, the process is as important as the product. Sometimes I work with calm precision, other times I let creativity flow freely. Both approaches give life to Suzy Decor.

Values and Collections

What defines Suzy Decor is not a style, but a decision:
every piece is made only once.

I never create duplicates, just as no two people are the same. Each jewelry piece is shaped, finished, and released as a single expression. When someone chooses a Suzy piece, they are not selecting from a series, they are meeting something made to exist only once, and only for them.

Mindful making is at the core of how I work. I value materials, time, and intention. If a piece doesn’t turn out as envisioned, it is reworked rather than discarded. Imperfection is not a flaw here, but part of the story, a quiet reminder that beauty often lives outside strict repetition. Comfort and sensitivity matter. All earrings are finished with high-quality, nickel-free fittings, chosen so they can be worn with ease and confidence, even by those with sensitive skin.

Some pieces carry words, simple, personal, powerful. During the Camino, I learned how a single word can steady you, encourage you, or bring comfort at exactly the right moment. That experience lives on in selected jewelry pieces, allowing you to carry a word that resonates with you, or to gift it to someone you hold close.

Mission and Vision

My mission with Suzy Decor is simple: to remind people that they don’t need a special occasion to feel special.

Through handmade jewelry, I want to celebrate individuality, presence, and quiet confidence, pieces that feel personal, not performative. Jewelry that doesn’t demand attention, but earns connection.

Looking ahead, I see Suzy Decor growing through experience and movement. Walking new Caminos, meeting new people, and allowing those journeys to shape future designs. I believe in slow creation, honest materials, and the community that forms around meaningful objects.

Together, we continue the story, one piece, one person, one moment at a time.

The Founder

I believe that style is not about mass production, but about the freedom of self-expression. There are things that don’t need to exist in multiples,
only as one. One piece that highlights you, that doesn’t seek the crowd, only you. Suzy is the joy of pure creation. It stands for individuality
and unrepeatable uniqueness through one-of-a-kind pieces. If someone recognizes this in my jewelry, I want them to know this: the person who wears it
is just as important and just as irreplaceable as the piece itself. Whether it is you, or someone who receives a Suzy as a gift, those who are truly special
deserve to wear something that exists only once in the world. Every Suzy piece has its own soul and its own wearer, bound together
by countless invisible threads. I create it, then I let it go. From that moment on, the story continues with the person who wears it.
Find the piece at Suzy that calls to you the one that fits
your style and becomes complete when worn by you. Embrace its uniqueness with Suzy, with me, and let it shine on you every single day.

One piece. One moment.
For every day.
