My Approach
Each Suzy Decor jewelry piece is handcrafted with care in my studio in Fisterra (Finisterre), Spain. If something doesn’t feel right when your order arrives, I want the return or exchange process to be clear, fair, and respectful for both of us.
Return & Exchange Window
In line with EU consumer regulations, you may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order.
During certain peak periods (such as the holiday season), this window may be extended – any changes will be clearly noted on the site.
Please note that items made to order or clearly personalized are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact me first:
Email info@suzy-decor.com within the return window, letting me know whether you’d like a return or an exchange. -
Prepare your item:
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition, including all packaging and tags. -
Send the item back:
Once confirmed, you’ll receive instructions for returning your item. Returns should be sent using a trackable service.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the replacement item has a different price, any difference will be settled accordingly.
- Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after inspection (bank processing times may vary).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on my side.
Shipping Costs & Damaged Items
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake with your order.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so I can make it right.
Non-returnable Items
- Items made specifically to order or clearly personalized
- Worn or used jewelry
- Earrings showing signs of wear, for hygiene reasons
