Introduction
Each Suzy Decor piece is handcrafted in my studio in Fisterra (Finisterre), Spain. Every order is carefully packed and shipped with tracking, so you can follow your parcel from my hands to yours. My aim is to ensure your jewelry arrives safely, securely, and with care — wherever you are in the world.
Delivery Times
All pieces are handmade in small batches. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment.
Orders are shipped with Correos. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Estimated delivery times:
Spain: 2–3 business days
EU countries: 4–7 business days
Outside the EU: 7–14 business days
Please note:
Orders placed after 10:00 p.m. are processed the following business day
Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays
During peak periods (such as holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before payment, so you always know the total cost in advance.
Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries outside the EU, local customs authorities may apply import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. Unfortunately, I’m unable to estimate these fees in advance — your local customs office can provide further information.

Every jewelry piece is packed with care to ensure it arrives safely. Wherever possible, I use recyclable and eco-conscious packaging materials to protect both your order and the environment.
