These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “Terms”) set out the rules for using the www.suzy-decor.com website and for making purchases through the Suzy Decor online store.
The Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy form an integral part of these Terms.
By browsing the Website and finalizing a purchase, you expressly accept these Terms.

• Service Provider / Seller: the operator of the Suzy Decor online store.

• Customer / Buyer: any natural or legal person purchasing products from the store.

• Website: the domain www.suzy-decor.com and its subpages.

• Contract: the order placed by the Customer and confirmed by the Service Provider.

By using the Website, the Customer agrees to:

• provide accurate and truthful information when placing orders,

• refrain from placing false or fraudulent orders,

• use the Website only for lawful purposes,

• not attempt to disrupt or damage the Website (e.g. hacking, overloading, denial-of-service attacks).

Any damages arising from violation of these rules shall be the responsibility of the Customer.

• All products are handmade, unique items.

• Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which are calculated separately.

• In case of obvious pricing errors, the Service Provider reserves the right to correct the price. The Customer may then decide whether to proceed with the order or withdraw.

1. The Customer selects the product and adds it to the cart.
2. The cart can be reviewed and modified at any time.
3. At checkout, the Customer provides the necessary details and selects a payment method.
4. Before finalizing the order, the Customer must accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
5. An automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent once the order is placed.
6. The Contract is concluded upon receipt of the confirmation e-mail.

The Service Provider reserves the right to decline an order in justified cases (e.g. incorrect data, insufficient funds). In such cases, the Customer will receive a full refund.

All payments are processed securely through encrypted systems.

• Processing time: 2–5 business days.

• Delivery time: 3–5 business days within Spain, 5–10 business days within the EU.

• Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. For more details on delivery times and costs, please refer to our Shipping Information page fees are displayed at checkout.

• A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.

• If the Customer fails to accept the package, the return costs will be borne by the Customer.

• Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, as further explained in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

• The intention to withdraw must be communicated via e-mail to the Service Provider.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

• We will refund you within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

• Returned items must be in their original condition: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Exception: personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.

• Due to the handmade nature of the products, slight variations in color or form are not considered defects.

• In case of defective performance, the Customer is entitled to request repair, replacement, or a refund.

• Products are covered by statutory consumer rights and guarantees under applicable EU and Spanish law.

• Complaints may be submitted via e-mail or through the Contact form on the Website.

• The Service Provider will respond in writing within 14 days.

• In Spain, Customers are also entitled to request official hojas de reclamaciones (complaint forms).

• All content on the Website (images, texts, design) is the intellectual property of Suzy Decor, as detailed in our Legal Notice.

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

• The Service Provider’s liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price.

• We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g. loss of income, data, contracts, or delays in delivery caused by third parties).

• The Service Provider is not responsible for temporary Website errors or unavailability.

The Customer agrees that communications from the Service Provider may be made via e-mail or through notices published on the Website, and shall be deemed valid.

• The Customer may not transfer contractual rights or obligations without prior written consent.

• The Service Provider may assign its rights and obligations under the Contract to a third party.

The Service Provider shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by unforeseen, unavoidable events (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, wars, epidemics, or telecommunication outages).

• If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

• Failure by the Service Provider to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right.

• These Terms represent the entire agreement between the Service Provider and the Customer.

• The Service Provider may amend these Terms, but amendments are not retroactive.

• These Terms are governed by Spanish law and EU regulations.

• Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.

• If no resolution is reached, Spanish courts shall have jurisdiction.

• These Terms are permanently available on the Suzy Decor Website.

• The Terms are available in English.
